Spencer Jackson

Spencer Jackson joined the Argyle Real Estate Partners team in October 2023, as the Director of Asset Management. In this role, Spencer is primarily responsible for executing the Asset Management strategy and maximizing portfolio performance on behalf of the Company. Prior to joining the Argyle team, Spencer was the Director of Asset Management for a Tampa-based real estate investment firm where he was tasked with managing asset operations and optimization of a portfolio valued at $550MM. Spencer launched his CRE career as an Asset Manager for a Tampa-based investment firm, where he oversaw a $300MM portfolio with assets spread across key Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest markets. As Regional Manager with this firm, Spencer led the execution of the business plan of a 2000-unit, South Florida portfolio, and played a key role in growing the portfolio by 45% over the course of two years. A North Carolina native, Jackson is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics, and is now the third avid UNC fan in the Argyle Real Estate Partners office.
