Sharmane Bailey

Sharmane Bailey serves as the Director of Communications for Argyle Real Estate Partners, where she is responsible for leading both the internal and external communication strategy for the company. Prior to joining Argyle, Sharmane was the Associate Director of Communications for the US arm of a Switzerland-based real estate investment firm where she was responsible for launching the company's US marketing strategy and increasing brand awareness by overseeing the company's digital assets, establishing a social media presence, managing media relations, and implementing HR and onboarding solutions that contributed to the company's overarching corporate growth objectives. She brings an array of industry experience to the role that spans consumer, sports, professional, and real estate; and launched her marketing/communications career with Avon Products as a marketing associate responsible for collaborating and supporting product innovation and "go-to-market" activation strategies for over 20 key beauty products. Sharmane obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Canisius College. She is a New York transplant who relocated to the Sunshine state in 2018 and proudly claims both sides of "Tampa Bay" home.
