Riley Corcoran

Joining the firm in August 2024, Riley Corcoran is the newest Argyle Real Estate Capital Team member.  A recent graduate of The University of Tampa with a BS in Finance, Riley works alongside the Acquisitions team as the Acquisitions Analyst.  In this essential role, Riley is primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of the Acquisition process from initial market data research and investment strategy support, to deal underwriting, due diligence, and closing.  Before joining the Team, Riley interned with Argyle for over a year where he absorbed and learned the fundamentals of deal underwriting and analyzing market data.  A Long Island (NY) native, Riley is a surfing enthusiast and also ran cross country and track at the University of Tampa.
