Mike Cacciatore

Mike Cacciatore serves as a Principal for Argyle Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Argyle, Mike served as a Director of Acquisitions for the US Division of a Switzerland-based, international real estate company with over $5B AUM. From 2019-2021, Mike helped the US investment team acquire over $700M of apartments (5,100+ units). Mike Cacciatore began his real estate career at Raymond James as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst where he was active in M&A, joint ventures, public equity and debt offerings, and private placements for both public REIT clients and private real estate operators. Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
